Hand washing instructions:

Hand hygiene is essential, you need water, liquid soap, and take the time to wash your hands well, at least 20 seconds.
Effective hand washing involves removing rings and other jewelry, using water, and getting your hands completely wet.
Take liquid soap (2 pump pressures) and lather it well. Soap hands for at least 15 seconds, taking care to rub between fingers, back of hand, under fingernails, wrists and forearms. "
Then rinse well under clean running water, dry your hands with a paper towel.
That’s not all though!
There is no point in washing your hands if it is only to re-infect them immediately.
It is therefore necessary to use the disposable towel to turn off the taps, and also to open the toilet door before going out!
You can of course use an alcohol-based disinfectant solution to clean your hands, but it is not as effective as soap and water.
A Japanese study published in September in the specialist journal "mSphere" showed that the influenza virus was able to survive in secretions from infected patients even after being exposed to such a disinfectant for two minutes. “The physical properties of mucus protect the virus from inactivation,” explains study co-author Dr. Ryohei Hirose. “Until the mucus is completely dry, the infection can remain on the hands and fingers even after rubbing them with an antiseptic. Whereas with soap, the virus was inactivated within 30 seconds.
The soapy water will dislodge the virus from your hands and get rid of it.
Dr Stephen Morse, professor of epidemiology at Columbia University (USA) tells NPR that “the coronavirus has a lipid envelope around it, like a mantle that holds RNA inside the viral particle.
And soap is a detergent that can break down lipids ”.
Water and liquid soap, so this is the winning recipe, disinfectants (with at least 60% alcohol) can be reserved for circumstances when you do not have access to a bathroom, such as transport, for example .

Take care of yourself and your loved ones and don't take any risks.
